The dual-feed gerotor design by Titan Speed is superior to conventional spur-gear oil pumps that are vulnerable to cavitation. The gerotor design ensures smooth, high-flow oil delivery and can prevent cavitation up to 12,000-plus rpm.

Titan's high-volume, anti-cavitation oil pumps have a unique combination of modular designs, interchangeable housings, and gear sizes that allow us to provide virtually any volume required. The Professional-series pumps feature either one or two pumping segments, depending on the volume of oil required. Most Pro pumps come with a large, integral pickup with more than 13 square inches of screen area. All Titan pumps are fully rebuildable and have a black hard-anodized finish. Additionally, our pumps utilize a unique, adjustable pressure relief that allows you to select virtually any pressure setting from 50 psi to more than 200 psi.
1100 Standard Volume Pump Calculations
1.8 cubic inches per 1 inch of rotor rpm
1.1 gear height x 1.8=1.98 x 4000 rpm
1.98 x 4000 rpm – 7920 cubic inches
231 cubic inches per gallon
7920 cubic inches / 231 = 34.28 gpm @ 4000 rpm
pump speed is 1/2 crank speed
34 gpm @ 8000 rpm

875 Low Volume Pump Calculations
1.8 cubic inches per 1 inch of rotor rpm
.875 gear height x 1.8=1.575 x 4000 rpm
1.575 x 4000 rpm – 6300 cubic inches
231 cubic inches per gallon
6300 cubic inches / 231 = 27.27 gpm @ 4000 rpm
pump speed is 1/2 crank speed
27 gpm @ 8000 rpm
